introduction. We are shopping trolleys manufacturer.Below picture is washing pools for shopping trolleys before powder
coating
Operation process like this
Oil clean on the metal surface(pickling)
--phosphorization---neutralization--Clean wather wahsing--Drying--Make powder
coating
Wasted water will be collected in a pool like below show
Water system close to the pool
This machine will clean the wasted water and storage it on the big bucket
clean water from here for wahsing line use.industrial wasted water will be
recycle used through this system and won't damaged the environment.
Air purification system
The hot air with very little of powder mixed through out the vent line to
filter and emission to the outside from below vent
